Per the results of this ballot, the proposed new work item has met the
criteria for addition to the SC 22 programme of work.  The JTC 1 three-month
review was conducted and no comments were received.  Therefore, this project
is added to the SC 22 PoW and WG 5 is instructed to begin development of the
project.  The ISO/IEC designation is 19767.
