I.   For Fortran 90/95/2003 interpretations.
 
1. Section 6.2.2.3.2. says:
“ An array section with a vector subscript shall not be argument
 associated with a dummy array that is defined or redefined”.
Is it right only for many-one array sections or for all array sections
 with a vector subscript?
 
2. Some minor additions to the Annex A.
2.1. Attribute:
Add:    or may be specified in specification statements.
2.2. Control mask:
Add:     or in a FORALL statement or construct and
         in some intrinsic functions.
2.3. Function:
Add:    or is invoked by a defined operation.

I agree with you that CAF has essential advantages over MPI
for distributed memory. And what about  shared memory? 
What is your opinion – OpenMP or CAF?
