There are nine voting primary members, and five voting alternate members. Business is usually conducted during a brief session at J3 meetings, but there is occasional e-mail business. Activities J3-USTAG has been occupied, in its J3 membership capacity, with implementing the features specified by resolutions from the Delft meeting (N1630). Acting on requests from J3, J3-USTAG urges WG5 to withdraw the requirements to implement WG5 work items J3-044 (New intents) and RU-003 (Delete statement functions).
