Feb 20    Editor places amended draft on J3 server
Feb 21    Convener places draft on WG5 server and starts WG5 ballot
Mar  6    WG5 ballot ends 
Mar 7-15  Editor makes corrections, checked by Convener and J3 Chair
Mar 16    Editor places CD on J3 server. J3 members start preparing comments
Mar 17    Convener places CD on WG5 server sends it to SC22 Secretariat
          J3 Chair makes informal announcement of public consultation
Mar 31    ISO CD ballot starts
May 12-16 J3 meets
June 1-30 US 30-day comment period
Aug 11-15 J3 meets and prepares US vote
Aug 31    ISO ballot ends
Sept 15   ISO ballot result available
Nov 16-21 WG5/J3 meet in Tokyo
