                       WG5 letter ballot on N1904

This is a WG5 letter ballot on N1904, the latest draft DTS for TS 29113, 
Further Interoperability of Fortran with C. 

The result of the WG5 ballot on the first draft, N1885, is in N1895. 
Comments there and on the interop-tr and J3 email lists were considered 
by the interop-tr email group and by J3 during its recent meeting. N1904 
was constructed by the editor Bill Long to accord with the conclusions 
of these discussions and has been approved by J3. 

All the comments and the responses to them are detailed in N1905. I am not 
asking you to vote on N1905 since this will not be forwarded to SC22 -
it is just for your information. There were no comments in N1895 on our 
draft response document, N1886, to the PDTS ballot comments, which I have 
taken to indicate approval. 

Please answer the following question "Is N1904 ready for forwarding to SC22 
as the DTS?" in one of these ways. 

1) Yes.
2) Yes, but I recommend the following changes. 
3) No, for the following reasons.
4) Abstain.
