Subject: PL22.3 US National Body activity report

Since the previous WG5 meeting, PL22.3 has had two meetings, in October
2012 and February 2013, both in Las Vegas.  The activities at those
meetings included the following.

o Finished work on the Fortran Annex to TR 24722, "Avoiding
  Vulnerabilities in Programming Languages."

o Continued work on requirements for TS 18508, "Additional Parallel
  Features in Fortran."

o Developed a list of suggestions for work items for the next revision,
  consistent with Markham resolutions.  These proposals are in J3 paper
  13-244r1, from meeting 200.

o Conducted a letter ballot concerning interpretations F08/0040, 
  F08/0074, F08/0075, F08/0076, F08/0077, F08/0078, F08/0079,  F08/0080,
  F08/0081, and F08/0082.  F08/0075 failed.  F08/0076 was subsumed by
  another interpretation.  The others passed.

o Conducted a letter ballot concerning interpretations F03/0053,
  F08/0075, F08/0083, F08/0084, F08/0085, and F08/0086.  F03/0053,
  F08/0075, F08/0083, and F08/0084 passed.  F08/0085 and F08/0086
  failed.

o Developed answers or revised answers for interpretation requests
  F03/0030, F03/0047, F03/0051, F03/0064, F03/0100, F03/0139, F08/0071,
  F08/0085, F08/0086, F08/0088, F08/0089, and F08/0090.
